Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions – Work the Vision Inc. 1. Introduction By engaging consultation services from Work the Vision Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms. 2. Services We provide strategic advice and consultation as agreed in writing. Deliverables are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee results. We may decline or end Services if outside our scope or in conflict with obligations. - Our Services include strategic advice, guidance, and consultation in areas agreed upon in writing with the Client. - Any deliverables, reports, or recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific outcomes. - Work the Vision, Inc. reserves the right to decline or terminate Services if the engagement is outside our expertise or conflicts with professional obligations. 3. Client Duties Clients must provide accurate information, understand outcomes depend on implementation, and comply with laws while using our Services. 4. Fees & Payment Fees are agreed in writing. Payment terms: Support services are billed on a monthly basis all other consultation services are billed in one up front fee prior to services being rendered. Late payment may suspend Services until resolved. 5. Confidentiality Both parties must protect sensitive information. This obligation survives termination. 6. Intellectual Property Materials and strategies remain Company property unless otherwise agreed. Deliverables are for Client’s internal use only. 7. Liability Services are provided in good faith without guarantee of outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 8. Termination/Cancellation Either party may terminate by written notice. Clients remain responsible for fees up to termination. 9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Opt-Out Policy – Work the Vision Inc. 1. Rights Clients may opt out of receiving promotional or follow-up communications at any time. 2. Methods Opt-out by: Emailing info@workthevision.net with “Opt-Out.” Clicking unsubscribe in communications. Replay Stop to any text messages Providing written notice during or after Services. 3. Effect Opting out of promotions does not affect contracted Services. Full opt-out may end Services, with fees due for work already provided. 4. Data Retention We may retain necessary records for legal and compliance purposes even after an opt-out.
